With 3 locations across the London Borough of Enfield, we have outdoor fitness classes per week to choose from. Our natural outdoor fitness classes will provide you with the perfect training platform to achieve your fitness goals.

Just fill in the health form as part of the signing up process and turn up at any of the locations 10 mins before the class starts.  Look out for the branded vehicle or flag, you'll spot us straight away.
