Our trainers take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualised fitness plan.
We are certified to analyse your body to create a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for our clients. We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.

Foxxhole Fitness is an effective all-over body workout led by fitness instructors. Join our fun outdoor classes, suitable for men and women of all fitness levels and abilities. With no repetitive workouts, no class is ever the same. Each session will include a mixture of circuit training, relays, partner exercises, and running. You will achieve all-over body fitness, as well as having lots of fun doing it!
This style of training is ideal for weight loss, increasing your fitness level, or building muscle whilst making new friends, we encourage interaction. No headphones in this class!
Foxxhole Fitness Classes run all year round, whatever the weather. Life begins outside your comfort zone, so come and give us a try.
In addition to the highly effective mixed group classes, personal training (one-to-ones) are also available in person and online. This service offers you a free consultation to find out your fitness goals, allowing us to tailor your training and get your desired results, this can be weight loss to event-specific training.

Whether you are a beginner or an indoor rowing pro, we have a training plan for you. Our training plans are a brilliant introduction to the machine, ranging from beginner to advanced and adaptive. Our Inside Indoor training plans are goal-orientated and tailor-made for those wanting to push themselves that bit further. Training will be under the instruction of a qualified British Rowing coach.
Rowing machines offers a low-impact, high-intensity workout that has many health benefits for your body. Rowing can help develop strength in individual body parts such as the arms, legs, and core, improve cardiovascular health, increase endurance, and even burn calories.
With 3 locations for outdoor fitness classes per week to choose from across the London Borough of Enfield. At Grovelands Park, Oakwood Park and Trent Park. Our natural outdoor fitness classes will provide you with the perfect training platform to achieve your fitness goals.
